Month 2, Week 4: Feel You Are Loved Extended Practice

Your  Superhero Challenge:

Find time to be alone in a private space. Prepare yourself with a candle and match or lighter. State the following out loud as you light the candle:

"I am open, willing and ready to welcome in feelings of love from myself and the world around me."

 

 

Take a few deep breaths as you gaze at the candle, focusing on this statement. When you're ready, blow the candle out.
