Your Superhero Challenge:
As you go throughout your days this week, anytime you feel a lack of love in anyway (this could manifest as feeling lonely, insecure, nervous, etc), imagine the soft pink light from this meditation all around you and take a few slow deep breaths. You can imagine this soft pink light around you no matter what you're doing throughout the day.
