Month 6, Week 1: Wear The Cape - Morning Meditation
Your Superhero Challenge:
Go outside and stand with your hands on your hips. Pretend your superhero cape is whipping in the wind behind you and let your body feel what it feels like to imagine yourself as a superhero, wearing your cape.
It sounds silly, but it's powerful. To amp it up, do this while playing a song that makes you feel really great!
