Your  Superhero Challenge:

This week it's simple, just sit with yourself.  I don't mean during these meditations, I mean at random times throughout the week, just sit with yourself and feel your inner power. 

You can do this while in the middle of a meeting, on a train, in class...doesn't matter. Just take a moment several times throughout to week at random moments to tune in to your inner power.

Trust me, it's crazy powerful.
