Month 4, Week 4: Own Your Uniqueness Mid-Day Meditation

Your  Superhero Challenge:

Do something weirdly/uniquely you this week and be present in your body while you do it. Get used to how it feels.

Suggestions:

dance freely

sing loudly

write/paint/make something without trying to please anyone

 

Bonus Challenge:

When you have an impulse to do something (especially if it relates to creative self-expression) that causes you to think "but what will others think?", challenge yourself to do it if it feels right to you.
