Month 4, Week 3: Own Your Uniqueness Evening Meditation

Your  Superhero Challenge:

Right after this meditation, get out your journal and answer the following questions:

  1. What ideas/beliefs do I have that are not serving me?

  2. Where did these come from?

  3. What do I want to believe instead?

Recognize that you have unique beliefs and are capable of thinking for yourself. So often we let our ideas/beliefs be determined by society, family and other outside influence. With this practice, you begin to change that reality for yourself. You begin to listen to your internal truth. This is critical in your journey towards being your own superhero. 

Bonus exercise:

Watch your thoughts this week to determine what is truly your own belief, versus a belief you've picked up from society or other outside influence. Be aware and willing to choose your own unique thoughts and beliefs over the beliefs of others.
