Your  Superhero Challenge:

All throughout the week, be reminded of the feeling you generated in this meditation. This is what it feels like to connect to your core identity. 

Be extra aware throughout each day, catching yourself if you start to slip from that feeling. 

You can give yourself a color, a word, or a symbol to remind yourself to connect to the feeling during the week. For example, if you choose the symbol of a butterfly, every time you see one it can be a reminder to return to the feeling.
