After doing any of this month's meditations, sit down at your journal and write "I am" at the top of a fresh new page. Let yourself free flow whatever comes to mind for at least a few minutes. Don't try to overthink it or censor yourself, just let it flow.
When you're done, go back and read it over.
Find one or more empowering statements and write it/them on a clean piece of paper and put it somewhere you'll see it often.
