Sounds impossible to have infinite patience, but there's an easy way to do it. And the best part is, you don't have to take any extra time out of your day!
In episode Season 1, Episode 25 of Incandescent (formerly Mid-Day Meditation Pump Up Podcast), I lead you through a guided meditation you can do right now while sitting at your desk, or while on the train, or where ever you are, so that you can appreciate where you are in your life RIGHT now. You don't have to sit in stillness, or close your eyes (but you can!), you just get to enjoy the moment and feel like you are exactly where you are meant to be, doing exactly what it is you are meant to do. Because you are!

Step 1: Become more aware of your physical body right now.
Notice your breath. Become aware of the skin on your bones. Feel the clothes on your back. The air on your skin.
Step 2: Affirm to yourself:
I know I am where I'm meant to be and I appreciate where I am
I'm excited for where I'm going
I know I have come a long way
I look back on my life and I realize that each step along the way has been exactly what it needed to be to get me to where I need to be today.
I am proud of myself for who I am
I am excited for my future, and I am grateful for this very moment as it helps me to get to where I desire to be.
Step 3: Breathe in deeply and feeling these affirmations as your truth.
You are exactly where you need to be. Be proud of where you are right now.
