Well, it's happening. I'm finally committing to making this public.
I've been working on some fun/trippy affirmation meditations and my goal is to release them 3 days/week as a mid-day pick-me-up.
These meditations are designed to be listened to while multitasking anything else you're doing during your day. If you put on your headphones and listen, you will notice a positive shift in how you're feeling.
