Challenge for 1st week of October

This challenge goes hand in hand with your meditation.

 

The goal of this week is to be reminded the YOU are LOVE.

 

Here's your challenge, should you choose to accept it: Everytime you pass a mirror or see your reflection this week, say to your reflection out loud or in your mind: "You are love, and I love you."

  • This week, walk around your room or your house listening to this week's meditation while strutting your stuff. Physical movement and listening upbeat, positive affirmations can have a massive impact on your confidence.   • A typical light bath is a process of envisioning white light flooding in through the top of your head (crown chakra) and pouring in through and around your entire body. You can do this in a matter of seconds or extend it and take a long time relaxing as you envision this. The twist here, is to use your imagination (which is deeply tied to your intuition) to imagine whatever style of "light" you feel called to. For example, you may see golden light, "amethyst light" (whatever that looks like to you), "galactic light" (again, whatever that means to you) or any other visualization that makes you feel good as you see it flowing through you. Because you can do this in a matter of seconds and it can be done while doing literally anything else (working, showering, driving, shopping, etc), the super challenge should be totally doable. Basic challenge: Do an intuitive light bath once this week. Super challenge: Do it multiple times per day throughout your day. I may imagine my body filling with lush green moss light, or starlight, or crystal light several times throughout the day (often when I am around others and they have no clue I'm doing it) and it instantly feels better.
